Contribute to
the Record.

The archive gets stronger when readers bring evidence: primary documents, corrections, missing contributors and challenges to priority claims.

What helps most

Bring a source, not just a conclusion.

Suggest a correction

Identify the exact sentence or date, explain what is wrong and include the strongest source you have.

Submit a primary source

Original papers, manuals, archived pages, code, videos, correspondence and contemporaneous announcements are especially useful.

Challenge a priority claim

If you know of earlier evidence, provide the date, artifact and provenance. The archive is designed to revise “first” claims when warranted.

Suggest a missing pioneer

Explain the contribution and link it to evidence. Team, community and infrastructure contributions are welcome.

For now, use the contribution form attached to individual Journal articles or your normal contact channel for CodeHistory.org. Submissions should not include confidential material you are not authorized to share.
