Behavior-change products are compound AI systems because motivation depends on the interaction of models, memory, retrieval, tools, policy, interfaces, experiments, and human feedback—not one model response.
Orchestration is the game-master layer of agentic AI: it coordinates models, tools, humans, state, policies, and evaluation so many moving parts still serve one coherent user goal.
AI product design needs a behavioral layer that connects model capabilities to human goals, motivation, feedback, and action instead of assuming better prompts create better outcomes.
The Gamified AI Product Canvas joins human motivation and machine capability in one systems view so teams can design goals, agency, tools, feedback, safety, and progress together.
